2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Job Marshal service — specifically to match your resume against job postings and deliver ranked results. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Resume Data
Your resume files are stored securely in Firebase Storage. Resume text is extracted and stored in our database solely for the purpose of job matching. You may delete your resumes at any time from the Resume Library page.
4. AI Processing
Your resume text and job descriptions are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for matching and scoring. This processing is governed by Anthropic's data processing terms. We do not share your identity with Anthropic — only the text content required for scoring.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase Authentication, encrypted data transmission, and server-side session management. No security system is perfect, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
7. Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
