Job Marshal provides AI-powered job matching services that scan publicly available job postings and compare them against user-provided resume content. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute career or employment advice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Content
By uploading your resume or other content, you grant Job Marshal a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your resume content for any other purpose.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Job Marshal to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the service. Automated scraping or bulk data extraction from our platform is prohibited.
6. Subscription and Billing
Free accounts receive 3 searches per month at no charge. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Job Marshal does not guarantee employment outcomes, accuracy of AI scoring, or availability of any specific job posting.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Marshal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
